The HomeLights group comprises:
• HomeLights FR (HLFR) as a marketing and distribution support entity for all the HomeLights distributors in the world. HLFR can provide samples, marketing material, training, etc. to for various customers and end users.
• HomeLights Research Asia (HLR) is the R&D and production control arm of the group. HLR (in Shanghai) prepare new products and is a nice showcase to appreciate all the work undergone to develop a world famous product range.
HL SAS (HLFR)
Created in 2008, HLFR is a distribution company whose goal is to allow distributors of HomeLights products to profit, in terms of marketing, merchandising, product acquisition costs, R&D, etc… from all the effects of size which allows the development of a brand distributed on a European scale. The company, which is based in France, has supported a part of the development and execution costs for the product line and the marketing tools; Its consultants and sales representatives are responsible for the link with the distributors and their mission is to create the conditions for synergy, profiting from all of the distributors in terms of product and marketing policy.
HL Research Asia Ltd. (HLR)
HomeLights Research Asia Ltd. was founded in 2009 as a spin-off of Retail D’sign Factory Ltd in Hong Kong. HLR has spent over $1,000,000 in research and development of LED products over the years, which puts HomeLights on par with Philips, Osram and G.E. in terms of technical know-how and marketing prowess. HLR office in Shanghai is the main hub of R&D for the HomeLights group. Four full time engineers are working on new designs, new patents, and ways to solve the technical and quality hurdles that the LED technology presents. On top of strong engineering capabilities, HLR Shanghai employs designers and marketers who strive to find solutions for your marketing and point of sales needs. From displays to flyers to new boxes, everything comes to life in HLR Shanghai. HLR Hong Kong office is the backbone of the ordering process where all the financial transactions are done in order to buy the cheapest possible price and reduce the tax burden on the HL orders.

HomeLights SAS was founded shortly after HomeLights Research Asia in order to leverage the tremendous distribution opportunities in Europe. The management team of the company has extensive experience both in the European retail market and the financial world.
